Franklin Blues & BBQ Festival
Last year my family treated me to a trip to this festival and it was a great way to spend Father’s Day. Absolutely beautiful day to listen to sweet music and eat good BBQ at this 100% FREE fest! You can check out the Facebook album and Instagram story from last year to get a preview of what to expect. I need to bring a hungry crew to more of these events to have a family-style feast or hope to find a “sampler” ticket so I can try everyone out.
Do you cook the best steak in your neighborhood? Are you the grill master of your cul-de-sac? It’s time to prove it and light your fire in this SCA event with a top prize of $1000! Oh, that’s not all. You can also walk home with cash if you place 2nd – 5th and there is a Chicken Wings competition also.
